System not allowing me to change product key to the one on the bottom

Hey guys I installed Belarc on my Toshiba Satellite C655-S5547 that I just got about 5 days ago as I wanted to check and see if the one it displays on Belarc is the same as the one on the bottom of my laptop and they didn't match, so I wanted to go into system information and try to change my product key to the one on the bottom of my machine and there is no option for it, this is not a clean install this is like a factory out-of-the-box installation as I reset it back to this state before I even used it for the first time, is this fixable so I am able to chane my product key myself thanks guys

The key you see in Belarc now is not the same key you see on the COA sticker.
    That's not a problem, it's normal.
The key you see in Belarc now is a pre-activated OEM (OA) key.
The OA key is used for the factory install, or a "Factory Recovery".

You can't use the OA key if you do a "Clean Reinstall".
You need to use the COA key for a Clean Reinstall - don't lose the COA key !!!

Why do you want to change the key, are you having a problem ?
