    Log attached. I haven't looked at it in detail but I do see that some stuff was skipped.

    The best explanation I can find is this:

    Any files that are protected by Windows Resource Protection are skipped.

    do you use clean disk to clean windows update every months? after an update

    ps can't give you reputation right now
    You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Callender again

    Windows update cleanup


    No worries! Yes I use Windows Update cleanup monthly - originally I set up a scheduled task but ditched that in favor of running WU cleanup manually. I usually wait a week or so after updates have been applied. I always make a system image backup at least weekly and certainly before Patch Tuesday!

    Having said that I've never had to restore my system backup image as a result of cleaning Windows Updates!
