I'm new to using Windows 7 and have not seen this error before. I haven't upgraded the Windows version except for Windows Updates. I've tried a couple fixes recommended by Windows Knowledge Base articles and they haven't helped so far. Thanks for your help Seven Forums

This appears to be a machine that was shipped either without any Windows OS installed - or was shipped with Windows 8 Core Edition installed.
Someone has attempted a downgrade to Windows 7 Pro - which should work if the proper media are used, and the mahine was shipped with Windows 8 PRO installed.

(The BIOS date is April 2014, and this model has only ever been shipped with Linux or Windows 8 installed, as far as I can tell)

We haven't downgraded any of these units in our office. Is this something common that Lenovo does with machines? My company bought around 25 of these, all with Windows 7, so I'm predicting that this will become a common error message across them all. Thanks for your help!

It may be a fault on this machine - shipping without the proper BIOS SLIC table.
You should raise a support case with Lenovo(it's not an uncommon problem)
