    Update repeat install

I have Windows Home Premium running on a Dell Vostro 1400. There are 5 windows updates that keep popping up on my windows update (KB285937, KB2871997, KB2872339, KB2676562, and KB2882822) even after it says that they are successfully installed. Also, when I went to view the installed updates on the computer it said that there were no updates installed. Any help is appreciated.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

I did everything on the instructions page. SURT didn't fix it, SFC scan didn't find anything wrong, and there are no error codes because it says that the update was successful. Should I upload the CBS file?

    The Windowsupdate.log file shows this...
    Code:

    2014-09-18 15:15:31:259 932 18d0 Agent * WARNING: Exit code = 0x80070422
This implies that a Windows Service is unable to start - possibly because it's been disabled.

I think your best bet may be to use ONLY the Windows Update repair section from the tool here... Windows Repair (All In One)
Please don't use the other offerings, as I'm not convinced that they are all as good as the WU Repair.
