The installation is counterfeit - an ACER Product Key is in use, on an ASUS computer

For what version and edition of Windows is the computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case (if any)??
The motherboard has a BIOS date of 2014 - as far as I am aware, ASUS haven't sold Win7 computers (unless covered by the Downgrade rights - which don't include Ultimate) since late 2012.

You say the computer is a custom build - who by? - most 'custom builds' are by small operators who have no right to use OEM_SLP licenses such as this.
The chances are that if this machine arrived with this license installed, it was counterfeit from day 1 - and you should demand a refund from the vendor under threat of police action.
