I hope someone can help as this has defeated me. I'll try to provide all information in the instructions thread. but if you need anything else please ask :)

Really hope you guys can help.

The error codes all relate to registry problems.
There's no errors in the posted logs - please post a couple of the CBSPersist logs, and the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file.

Please also list the KB numbers involved.

Sorry - life is hectic, and yours is a complex problem.
It's likely that the cause is simply that KB2830477 is blocking any other update from installing since it will almost certainly be attempting to install first, and when it fails, every other update gets tarred with the same brush. I haven't had the necessary time (and sanity) to delve much deeper into the logs yet.

If you need a quick fix for any reason, the best I can suggest is a repair install.

No problem, I appreciate all the help. I'm going to try installing all except that one to see what happens.

    Update: Same errors

Not too surprising - they may all have the same root cause....
Looking at the KB itself, I don't think this is likely - KB2830477 is related to Remote Desktop access, and KB2894844 is related to .NET 3.5.1
Many of the others are also related to .NET 3.5.x

I suspect that a repair install is your best option - although you could try to remove the .NET updates using the Cleanup tool first...

How do you know all this?? lol

Do you have any idea what the route cause is then? Would a log of just trying to install one of them be easier?

I'll try those suggestions tomorrow but not a fan of the ever unreliable repair process.

Windows 7 repair is a vast improvement on earlier versions, easier and much more reliable.

I tried the disc for my OS and it's coming up with this so I can't unfortunately :/ I'm sure it used to. Maybe a service pack made it incompatible.
