ERROR_SXS_COMPONENT_STORE_CORRUPT CheckSUR log included please help!

I'm trying to get windows 7 sp1 installed but nothing i do works. I've ran the system update readiness tool with no luck, tried a manual instal with no luck. Looked through my computer for outdated drivers and programs that could be blocking the update with no luck. I've finally got somewhere but hit a dead end. I ran CheckSUR and have 2 files missing that i need from another computer of the save version and architecture type. I have windows 7 home premium v6.1 x64. I will attach a copy of the checkSUR and if anyone could help me end this annoyance.

I tried to upload the CBS file a few times but keep getting a 500 internal server error when trying to upload.

That error means that you're probably trying to upload a file that's too big...

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

So the CAB File alone was around 21 MB, i had to remove all of the CABPersist cab files and delete most of the cab file it's self just to get it small enough. It was a HUGE text file so all i could think to do was copy the end of it. I hope this will do.

A 21MB CBS.log compresses hugely - and should come out below 2MB.
please upload it on its own, as the necessary data is missing.

The indications from what remain are that you have problems with the registry.
You also have significant file corruption - there are 27 file hash mismatches in the uploaded CBS log.
It may be easiest to do a repair install.

I removed the old cabpresist files and this morning for reason i don't understand, the actualy cab file is much smaller, yesterday it was 9mb in the compressed file, today it's only 1.

CheckSUR shows these problems...
Code:
Checking Component Store
(f) CSI Payload File Missing 0x00000000 d3d10level9.dll x86_microsoft-windows-directx-d3d10level9_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.22077_none_e5b1729317206dd8
(f) CSI Payload File Missing 0x00000000 d3d10level9.dll x86_microsoft-windows-directx-d3d10level9_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17920_none_e5570d21fde05add
There should be a CBSPersist file with a timestamp something like 2014101010xxxxxx - that's the one I need, but it seems to be missing.
If that doesn't exist, you'll have to run SFC /SCANNOW again, and post the new CBS.log

That file does at least contain the failure log for the latest attempt to install SP1 - but no SFC data.
Please post he current CBS.log

that is the most current i have, after running the sfc scan. I'm thinking about just doing a repair install from usb. I know a little about computers but nothing compared to what you know and 2 days of me not being to helpful seems like i should just repair install.
