The installation is counterfeit - there is a hacker's Activation Exploit installed.
The Product Key is from an ASUS machine
Your machine is a Medion, manufactured in early 2009, 6 months before the launch of Windows 7.

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.
