Failed Windows 7 update encountered 2 unknown errors

I have tried everything I can think of and everything people have said on forums and I cannot seem to get this working no matter what I do.
When I try to do my windows update it says 2 updates failed and windows updated encountered an unknown error. Code 800B0100 and Code 80073712.
Attachment 336867
When I click on view update history the errors that won't work are (KB2562937) and (KB976932)
Attachment 336868
I've used the System Update Readiness Tool, when finished it said that the scan was complete. I tried to do the updates again and they still wouldn't work.
I then did the sfc scan which this message came up
Attachment 336869
I tried the windows update again and got the same errors.
I've also attached the compressed CBS zipped file of the logs Attachment 336870
Attachment 336871
I have also tried the fix it tool, I've tried downloading the update through the windows website and I've also tried the windows update troubleshoot tool, all have not worked either.
This is what I get when I have used the troubleshoot
Attachment 336872
Please help I have no idea what to do anymore, thank you!

It looks to me like you may never have been able to update Windows!

This KB number predates SP1 - released in 2011.

I'll post a fix protocol when I can - but it's possibly not going to be until the weekend. Please do NOT attempt any fixes in the meantime, but if you haven't heard by Sunday morning, SHOUT at me
