NO!!!
The OEM License is legally limited to the FIRST PC on which it is activated.

Historically, MS have been fairly liberal in their interpretation of the rules - but this is not by any means guaranteed.

What MAY happen is that BOTH/ALL machines become non-genuine by reason of breach of licensing terms.

The License Terms are ONE LICENSE -> ONE COMPUTER. [edit] So long as the correct Product Key is used on the correct computer, MS doesn't really care what media are used to install it. The only exception would be using the OEM_SLP Key, which requires the use of the manufacturer's Recovery media.[/edit]

That's really all there is to it.

That may mean Installing using the same media, using the unique COA key on each PC for activation ???

OP should clarify if that is the intent.

My understanding is Microsoft is not concerned on how many times you use a CD/DVD but how many times you try to use the COA. (product key).

If you have 6 legal product keys you can use the same CD/DVD 6 times with its own individual legal COA (product key) on each install.

Once a legal OEM key is used on one computer that key is tied to that computer.

A Retail key can be move to another computer as long as it is only on one computer at one time using the same COA key.

You can download Windows 7 from Microsoft free and burn it to a DVD. To use it legal you will have to buy a legal COA key for each install.
