    Windows Update Fails w error code 80070308


    My windows update fails all the time.It comes to the end and then fails. Picture 1
    I have tried microsoft fix it ”says it fixed 2 treats" but update fails again. Picture 2

    I have tryed to do it manual, both with case 4 and without but
    4 it reads but do not find
    regsvr32.exe mshtml.dll
    regsvr32.exe shdocvw.dll
    regsvr32.exe browseui.dll
    regsvr32.exe qmgr.dll
    9 it don't read and don't find
    regsvr32.exe msxml.dll
    regsvr32.exe gpkcsp.dll
    regsvr32.exe sccbase.dll
    regsvr32.exe slbcsp.dll
    regsvr32.exe initpki.dll
    regsvr32.exe wuaueng1.dll
    regsvr32.exe wucltui.dll
    regsvr32.exe wuweb.dll
    regsvr32.exe muweb.dll

    Tried Windows update standalone fix it still fails

    I have tried SFC Scan report attacht

    any surgestions

    There's no obvious problems (apart from your errorcode) in any of the data posted.

    Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
    If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)


    Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file.

    here is the latest cbs log file and the windows update log file, sorry i missed it :) Hope this is what you mean, i have reduced the cbs log :) otherwise i don't know, because the cbs precist log zib file is 13 MB. If it is the hole cbs folder :)

    The whole CBS folder really is what we need - if it won't fit under 8MB compressed, then split out the CBSPersist files and zip them up separately.
