Add more windows updates to a windows installation disc

    Add more windows updates to a windows installation disc


    Is it possible to update the updates that are on a windows 7 installation disk?
    I am asking because everytime i reinstall it using that disk i have to install +400 updates which are about 3gb,and with a not very fast internet its a very long process. If it is possible,how?
