Your gaining on the problem.
Let us know how thing go.
I had a independent Auto Repair shop for 13 years and finally went to a Ford Dealership. Was a Master Mechanic for years and the heart gave way so now I'm retired.

These two threats say they can not be removed......What should I do??
"";"Trojan horse Generic28.ANIC, c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_64\Desktop.ini";"Cannot be removed
Specified path was not found."
"";"Trojan horse BackDoor.Generic15.AXLA, c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_32\Desktop.ini";"Cannot be removed
Specified path was not found."
They say they can't be remove or does the security program say they can't be removed.
Did you reboot after scanning?
Looks to me as if either permissions are bad, or the files have actually already been deleted.
Open an Elevated COmmand Prompt, and run the following commands...
ICACLS c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_64\Desktop.ini
ICACLS c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_32\Desktop.ini
ICACLS c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_64
ICACLS c:\Windows\assembly\GAC_32
post the results...
