Windows 7: Error 800736B3 when updating KB3000869 to my Win 7

I ran the "Checking System Update Readiness" and get following log. Can anyone provide me the files that I'm lacking?

I've uploaded a file - jpkab.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder jpkab in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folders inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Here are the logs.

My problem is that I'm not able to install update KB3010788 and I get error code 800736B3. I don't know if update KB3000869 should be installed before the KB301078? Anyway I had no luck with KB3010788.

CheckSUR is happy now, at least.

Do a new Check for Updates, then try installing only the oldest update found - if it fails post the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file.

I've run the System file checker and that didn't find anything, I fully reset the windows update service to where it says I've never updated. I've tried the Readniss update tool and I'm repairing .Net now. Any suggestions? Whats the next step?
