I've uploaded a file - mkyabczip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive

Please download and save it.

Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…

Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder mkyac in the same place.

Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder

C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Downloaded the mkyac folder and extracted but there were no files in the folder.

Looks like everything was fixed. Windows has done all its updates and caught up on everything. Noel, you the man. Your help was very much appreciated!

Well, I spoke to soon. I sweat after the last package install, I had a Welcome to IE 11 screen. However, IE is still saying it's IE 10. Here's a screen capture.
