    I missed a couple...
    Code:
    Unavailable repair files:
     winsxs\manifests\x86_microsoft-windows-msauditevtlog_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.18637_none_c937305dd6bd2876.manifest
     winsxs\manifests\amd64_microsoft-windows-t..teconnectionmanager_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.18637_none_ecb2935b6af13c52.manifest

I'll post a fix for these later.

    I've uploaded a file - ar6ab.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive

    Please download and save it.

Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…

Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder ar6aa in the same place.

Open this folder- there should be one folder inside it (Manifests,)
Copy the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Good - CheckSUR is happy now.

Please see how Windows Update behaves now...

Do a Check for Updates, and attempt to install ONLY the oldest update found - what happens?
If it goes in OK, reboot and try the rest.
If it fails, post back with the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file.

All updates have date 11/11/2014 so i tried installing them one at a time and they all fail still.

I think the SoftwareDistribution folder is corrupt.

    Openan Elevated Command Prompt

    Runthe following commands

    NET STOP WUAUSERV

    REN C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution SDOLD

    NET START WUAUSERV

    reboot

thenwait 10 minutes, and open Windows Updates, and run a Check for Updates.

Installonly one update - and reboot once installed (hopefully)

If it fails...post back with the new windowsupdate.log file, then run the CheckSUR and SFC scans again and post the new CBS folder.
