update kb 2871997 keeps reinstalling

Hello, i have a Dell N5010 laptop, with windows 7 home premium 64bit genuine. The problem that i am facing is that the security update kb2871997 keeps reinstalling whithout giving an error. In the update history log it is a successfull install but in the installed updates log there is nowhere to be found and the last security update for windows was on the 4/5/2014.The steps that i 've made are: chkdsk,sfc/scannow and the system update readiness tool.I wnt to do a repair install but my windows is in greek and i do not have an iso dvd with Greek version only in English. I also attached the cbs log.The chkdsk resolved a problem with a corrupted index and the sfc/scannow went to 100% but then reported that it was not possible to complete....
Thank you.

The error appears to be this one...

This is often caused by problems with the TrustedInstaller service

Try this.

Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command

SC CONFIG TrustedInstaller start= Auto

(note all the spaces - or copy the command into the window)

Once complete, immediately reboot, then post the new CBS.log file and we'll take another look.

Here are some instructions to make lifeeasier

1) To open anElevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs,Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run asAdministrator. Accept the UAC prompt.

2) To run thecommands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on thehighlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at topleft – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the lastcommand, so hit the Enter Key once.

Ok thank you for your reply. Did what you advised but same thing happens, i will attach the cbs zip but i think my problem runs deeper because i did 3 times chkdsk and one time had no errors but the other two always problem with a specific index. Also the online DELL diagnostic tool advises me to replace the hard drive.

Also do you think that a repair install would solve my problem or it would be a waste of time?
Thank you.

Your Hard drive appears to be failing RAPIDLY!
Back up your data to external media NOW, and plan for a new hard drive (or a new computer)

The last four runs of CHKDSK show that HD degradation is taking place on almost every boot - so minimise your usage until you have your data safe elsewhere.
