There are still a number of problems there - the BFE service is still not running properly, and a number of other services are also 'broken'.

I'll post back later with a more details response.

I think we'd better try a more general repair, since there seem to be a number of affected services.

Please download the All-in-one Repair tool from Windows Repair (All In One) - Save it to your desktop

Do a cold boot (power down the machine completely and turn it of at the mains and take the main battery out if it's a laptop - leave for ten minutes, then replace the battery and boot up)
    Run the downloaded tool

UNCHECK everything in the long list of options, then re-check ONLY the option to Repair Windows Update.
run the repair then close the tool and reboot.

Run the Farbar scanner again and post the new results.

There's still a problem with the Action Center

    I've uploaded a file - ssoacx64.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it to your desktop.
Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Save it to the default location
This should create a file ssoacx64.reg

right-click on the file, and select Merge
Accept the warnings, - you should then get a 'Success' message.
    Close all windows, and reboot.

Run another Farbor report, and post the results.
