Windows says "This computer is not running genuine Windows"

I've been running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit for many years. A few days ago, I started getting a message from Windows Activation Technologies saying "This computer is not running genuine Windows."

I tried reinstalling Windows 7 from disc, but it won't install.

This is the output I get from the MGADiagTool. A number of DLLs are showing as tampered. Any idea on how I can restore the tampered files?

If you installed KB3004934 from this months Patch Tuesday updates that could be causing your issue.
If you have this update, uninstall it.

See the notes in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3004394 - it is not advised to uninstall the update if already installed as it may cause other issues.
MS have since released a new patch designed to resolve the issues caused bythe failed patch..

I have already uninstalled KB3004394 before the second response came. So far, my PC is working fine so I'll keep it as is.
