See the notes in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3004394 - it is not advised to uninstall the update if already installed as it may cause other issues.
MS have since released a new patch designed to resolve the issues caused bythe failed patch..

Simplest way is to go to Windows Update and do a Check for Updates - this may show update KB3024777
    If it does, install it.

I've already had this update done, it came together with the auto update and installed automatically but it seems that the same alert(Windows Activation Technologies) keeps popping up stating that my windows is not genuine. Any ideas?

OK then, let's try the other fixes for these errors..

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

    (you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

Followed your link, went to the site and selected iata_enu.exe

A small window comes up which requires me to accept the terms. I clicked "I accept the terms in the license agreement". Nothing happens, no download or whatsoever comes after clicking it.

    *edit*

Scratch that, after trying for awhile more it works but now when I try to run the iata_enu.exe with and without administrator. This error shows up,

"This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."

Ah - the machine is newer than I thought it was.
Try the latest version of the drivers, here...

Okay, so i downloaded the 64bit file and the RST(which took very long to finish). Installed RST and placed the 64bit files in my system32(in this case i'm not sure whether i did it right or not and that stupid pop up stating my windows is not valid keeps coming up.

Any ideas? I would appreciate it if you guide me step by step due to the fact that the replies are slow (due to the timezone difference).

I know I'm asking for help here but because I got a frequent update from windows and it's that update that f**ked my pc up. Now I have to fix, solve and troubleshoot this all by myself? Don't get me wrong, I'm not flaming just want some clarification on this. The windows license is not free you know, I paid good cash for a genuine windows to stay away from that "windows freezing due to not being genuine black screen of crap" thing.

Here's the copy that you've requested, after 2 restarts of course.
