To answer your earlier question, I extracted the files from the available downloads.
Here's the remaining two errors...
Code:

Yep - almost all updates are available for download/save from MS if you know where to look.

I've uploaded a file - pkcab.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.

Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)

Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.

Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
At the prompt type
DIR C:\pkcab
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
DIR D:\pkcab
or
DIR E:\pkcab

The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...

XCOPY <drive>:\pkcab <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

(e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )

run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows.

Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your reply

I wasn't successful cause in repair environment the Windows installation wasn't found. The reason should be the used Intel raid controller (SSD-RAID1 config). I copied the according IRST-E driver on my usb flash drive and loaded it in repair environment. However the installation still wasn't found. I'll give it another try tomorrow. Is there another possibility or is it the only way?

I've never used RAID so I don't have a clue I'll see if I can find someone who does

I'll test another driver tomorrow... must have been the wrong one. It's an C600 controller.

Okay, I have found the appropriate driver and was able to exchange the files (it was too late at night yesterday ). The next sfc-run showed 0 errors! And CheckSUR result shows:

Checking System Update Readiness.
Binary Version 6.1.7601.22471
Package Version 26.0
2014-12-19 14:53
Checking Windows Servicing Packages
Checking Package Manifests and Catalogs
Checking Package Watchlist
Checking Component Watchlist
Checking Packages
Checking Component Store
Summary:
Seconds executed: 82
No errors detected

Therefore I started another IE11 installation... and it went smoothly However CBS.log shows some warnings (see attached). Is this normal?

Apart from that: Do I have to consider other things? In the meantime I heard that the computer had a RAID problem some months ago (one SDD died). Is it possible that other parts of Windows or installed software got damaged? Despite the great effort: would you recommend to reinstall Windows anyway?

All the errors in the CBS log are from before you ran the CheckSUR - so are irrelevant now.
All the Warnings relate to problems caused from emptying the SoftwareDistribution folder, and can safely be ignored.

Looks to me like it's 'job done' - and you're good to go
