That's got the files fixed OK - now we go for the registry entries....

I need to have a look at your COMPONENTS registry hive

Please copy the C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS file (no extension) to your desktop and then compress it - upload the compressed file to your favoured fileshare site (preferably Dropbox or OneDrive) and post a link.

Looks like you solved my problem man. Thank you. I just checked, it must have FINALLY taken the update when I shutdown the computer. Thank you!!!!! And Merry Christmas!!!!!

Re-ran SURT.

Uploading new log files post new cert run. Now you'll have a before and after.

ReRan updates check via windows update. Says no updates needed. :)

Let me know if you need anything else to double check that your first fix fixed my problem. And thank you a ton for all your help. :)
