Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commandc:
Post the results, then rebootCode:ICACLS C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\WMI\RTBackup /grant "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM":(OI)(CI)(F) ICACLS C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\WMI\RTBackup .
Then try running the CheckSUR tool again - post the new CheckSUR.log file
