Ddr3 1600. Mobo is a gaming 7. Supports many different forms of ram. I went with common stuff too... So that shouldn't be the issue unless it's the mobo itself.

Your ram test only shows 1 pass. You should run the test 8 passes as per the tutorial that Noel posted.

Oh damn. Ok. Thanks layback. I'll test again when I get home.

Ps. Since it's just an update for Internet explorer , I was considering uninstalling IE...? Dumb idea?

Pps. I'll re run test tonight when I get home from lodge.

Ppps. That's gonna be one long ass test. I think it was 15-20 mins just for that first pass.

More like 2 hours per pass? 8 passes? That seems like a very stressful stress test. Roughly 16 hours? I just turned the computer off after 2 hours, it had 1 pass and was half way through with the other. So what , 12 hours testing the ram? I reckon if it passes it may stress it enough for it to fail in the first place... Am I wrong here, 12-16 hours of a stress test? So what, load it up and go to work? I hate the idea of not monitoring something while it's testing, but then again who has 12-16 hours to sit in front of a computer screen watching...?
