windows 7 not genuine fix build 7601

This error started again and I cannot find the cause. Tried to restore to an earlier restore point and it still did not fix the issue. Attached is the MGADiag report.

There are no problems showing in the report -

    What AV are you using?
    Try this...

Please disable real-time scanning/protection and reboot

If the notification has disappeared, re-enable real-time scanning and reboot again

If the notification is still present, first check whether the real-time scanning is still switched off.

If so, then re-enable it and post the result.

If it's turned itself back on then tell me or try again using a different disable option.

    Post back with the results

    Hello,
    I'm using Symantec Endpoint Protection.

I turned SEP off, rebooted and the problem did not return. Turned SEP back on, rebooted and still no issues. The only problem I'm having now is the background is now all black which is not my original background. I have not change my background so I don't know why it is black. Don't know if the black background is related to the initial issue of not genuine windows 7?

The black background is the result of becoming non-genuine - you can reset it to your original one using the Desktop Personalisation options.

Thanks for that. I was changing it back using that feature. Thank you for your time.
