Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder cptaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.
I got it, the checksur.log and checksur.persist.log

Attached Files
File Type: log CheckSUR.log (6.3 KB, 0 views)
File Type: log CheckSUR.persist.log (51.9 KB, 0 views)

My sincerest apologies: I posted the folder rather than the contents you asked me to, here is an updated version following precise instructions:

File Type: log CheckSUR.persist.log (58.7 KB, 1 views)

The CheckSUR shows that all the errors were fixed.
Go to Windows uPdate, and do a new Check for Updates.
Attempt to install ONLY the oldest update found - if it works OK, try the rest. If it fails, post the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file

All updates have installed succesfully, my computer is reporting no more errors. For now everything appears to be running correctly. Thank you very much good sir, you saved me from a world of annoyance. I don't know how I could possibly repay you. Thank you so much
