    Windows not genuine


    Hi,
    I'm having issues with windows 7. I keep having the windows is not genuine pop up but it is activated. KB 3024777 keeps on failing to update. I have searched for fixes for this and nothing has worked.

    First, attempt to uninstall KB3004394 - if it works, reboot twice, then do a Check for Updates and install the new version of KB3004394 and any other updates that come with it.
