Good - that's left just the one corrupt manifest file...
    Code:
    Unavailable repair files:
     winsxs\manifests\wow64_microsoft-windows-ie-htmlediting_31bf3856ad364e35_9.4.8112.16533_none_c71304894a6f9560.manifest
There are still 3 missing/corrupt payload filed according to CheckSUR...
    Code:
    (f) CSI Payload File Missing 0x00000000 PkgMgr.exe x86_microsoft-windows-packagemanager_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_eedf2e0751865eb2
    (f) CSI Payload File Corrupt 0x00000000 wrpint.dll amd64_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_655452efe0fb810b
    (f) CSI Payload File Corrupt 0x00000000 wrpint.dll amd64_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_678566b7ddea04a5
...and there are a large number of files that SFC has found to be corrupt/missing...
    sfcextract.txt
I'll post a fix for these when I can get to them.

SOrry about the delay - I haven't yet found that elusive file.

We can try and sort the rest of the problems out in the meantime - please run another SFC /SCANNOW and post the new CBS.log file, so I can see if that shows anything new.

There's 80 files that need replacing - plus two from the CheckSUR that SFC didn't find!

I'll post a fix protocol later.

I've got most of the files - let's go with these, and see if they expose any more...

    I've uploaded a file - cjdab.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.

Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)

Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
    Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.

Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
    At the prompt type
    DIR C:\cjdab
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
    DIR D:\cjdab
    or
    DIR E:\cjdab

The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...

    XCOPY <drive>:\cjdab <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

    (e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )

run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
    EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows.

Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your reply

    I've uploaded a file - cjdac.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.

Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)

Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
    Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.

Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
    At the prompt type
    DIR C:\cjdac
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
    DIR D:\cjdac
    or
    DIR E:\cjdac

The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...

    XCOPY <drive>:\cjdac <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h
