Windows 7 all of a sudden saying not genuine

Hi, My computer recently started coming up with a message saying the Windows is not genuine. I did recently put this hard drive into this computer and it did boot and ran for the last month. Here is the Diagnostics report.

    Thanks for the help

What operating system did this computer come with?

What I'm looking at is your bios date.

    Date>20090331000000

Press Windows button and R ( Opens Run Box) - paste msinfo32.

Or open Control Panel > System and that will also show it.

That will open a page and at the top you will see exactly what your OS is.

This machine shipped with Vista installed - as shown by the SLIC marker version of 0x0, and the BIOS date (6 months before Windows 7 was released)

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media - I suspect that something removed a hacker's Activation Exploit that was in place to bypass activation and validation requirements.
