Windows 7 Service Pack 1 unable to update

    Hello,

I have seen that this problem has been solved before on this forum for other people, but that it is different in each case.
I have tried to install windows Service Pack Update through windows update and also downloading it. Both won't install due to error 800b0100.
I also dowloaded the recomended Windows6.1-KB947821-v12-x64.msu file to check the problem and maybe solve it. It hasn't worked.
I add the checksur log file, hoping someone may help me.
    Thanks,
    Kim

    I've uploaded a file - kwgaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder kwgaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

CheckSUR seems to be happy now, at least!
PLease do a Check for Updates, and attempt to install ONLY the oldest update found - what happens?
If it goes in OK, try the rest...
