Windows Update Error 9C59

To whom it may concern.

I've been having trouble installing Internet Explorer 11 on the HP Pavilion Media Center a1612n desktop. It keeps giving me errors. The last error I had was the Error 9C59.

I am sending you some files to look at. I will try to install IE11 again and let everyone know. Please help me. Thank you.

As you are new and your first post. You have done well with the accompanying files. I haven't looked at your files, however, the 9C59 error is an often reported (and resolved) problem installing I.E.11. Suggest you do a forum search and look over the fixes, as you will probably find the fix for yours.

Your first two attachments are shortcuts - not the files they point to.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file

Please post the information I asked for - we need at least the full CBS.log file and the CheckSUR.log file

I've tried all the obvious stuff and nothing works. SFC reports no integrity issues with the OS. I'm wondering if the original problem was trying to update using Windows Update first. I was able to install IE 10 on my HP laptop running Windows 7 Professional x64 by running the stand alone...
