This is fairly common - most people don't have IIS enabled on their machines. (Do you?)

I managed to look it up, if it has something to do with network adapters being enabled or not i only have my lan enabled , i have all my wireless disabled because i don't have wireless and just use an ethernet cable.

It doesn't have a normal function As I said, in 99% of cases IIS is not active in Windows 7, and the warning can be ignored.

Thank you very very much Noel , i appreciate your expertise more than you know and i am very well aware that my ignorance can be murder inducing so thank you for not following through on that one.

I wouldn't call it stupid, more properly unlearned. Most people who live past 21 didn't get there by being stupid although I have seen some questionable examples.
