There are no significant errors in that log, either.
The KB2993651 patch hasn't been detected for download since before the log started (25th March)
Have you actually checked to see if it's installed already?
Open an ELevated Command Prompt, and run the following command.

DIR C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_for_kb2993651*.*

If you get at least one response (I get 3, since three versions of the patch have been released), then the update is almost certainly installed.

What are the version numbers of the C:\Windows\System32\gdi32.dll and C:\Windows\System32\drivers\win32k.sys files??

Below are what you asked for. Not sure you can read the rar file, what application would you use to read that file?

The installed version of the GSI32.dll file is higher than the one in the patch - you can ignore the patch, since all higher numbers will already have the necessary changes.

Microsoft Security Essentials Update Concern
MSE's 1 time per day updating is puzzling to me. MSE says it's "up to date", even if there are updates waiting for it to download at the next check. That doesn't make sense to me? If MSE only needs 1 update a day to be "up to date", then why does MS put out 2,3,4 updates per day??? Why doesn't...

Microsoft Security Essentials update question
If left to its own devices, when does MSE update? I started using MSE recently, and so far, I find myself updating manually. I've installed MSE on a laptop, too, and after 2 days, I updated manually. I didn't find a setting for updating. Did I miss something? And I have Windows Update set to update...
