    Error 800F081F Windows Update - Seven x86

    The Windows update closes itself and reopen, with the neverending 800F081F.
    My CBS file size was about 14 MB, and I couldn't load by the Atach Manager). Then, I deleted that txt file and the system created another automatically, with about 4 MB.

    PS: I followed many instructions here and in other forums, but unsuccessful.
    Hope someone can give me a light!

    Thanks

    Thanks so much for your suggestion.

    But, it didn't work.
    I had already tried that topic fully, and sfc /scannow didn't find anything wrong on my directories.

    The KB947821 file start installing, but w'ont get it finished.
    Just keeps like this forever (please see image attached)

    I tried the KB947821 twice waiting first time for 24 hours, this second time for 7 hours, but the installation don't even get ended. I already used softwares to fix directories, CHKDSK, and etc...
    Sorry for my English, I'm Portuguese speaker.

    Is there something else I can do to get my SP1?

    Please upload the CheckSUR.log file anyhow - it may show something which will help, as there's no obvious problems in your other data.
    The essential problem appears to be that the Windows Update Agent install is failing - and that's blocking anything else from installing.

    Please also upload the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file.

    Thank you for ur message, NoelDP.

    Follows the file attached.
    I uploaded the CheckSur.log file via Mega. It's about 220 MB.

    PS: I tried one more time the SFC /SCANNOW. It found some corrupted files, but couldn't fix 'em.

    I appreciate your help.

    There appears to be corruption in your SoftwareDistribution folder - but I have a suspicion that this is merely the tip of the iceberg.
    A 220MB CheckSUR log is the largest I've ever heard of - and it'll take me a while to download over my 3G connection - are you sure that you didn't upload the executable? (that is 220MB for the x86 version)

    The CheckSUR log is at C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

    NoelDP, the CheckSUR file uploaded was found at C:\Windows\ - It's a full folder that I've zipped and uploaded.

    There's not CheckSUR log at C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\ - The files there are named as:
    - CBS.log;
    - CbsPersist_20140913093011;
    - CbsPersist_20140914002722;
    - CbsPersist_20140914053541;
    - CbsPersist_20140914162015
    and
    - CbsPersist_20140914165859.

    Is there other possible location for that file?

    Not really - I'll download the one you've already uploaded tomorrow, and take a look at it then.

    And here is also the diagnostic result print.

    That's more like it!
    Unfortunately (?), the file shows no errors, so there's nothing obvious to fix.
    The fact that the troubleshooter is showing unregistered services is interesting.
    Perhaps a full reset of WU wouldhelp? - follow the instructions here.. Windows Update - Reset
