    Update failures with KB3020370 + KB3048761

Hey there, I have 2 updates that won't install anymore after a BSOD during the first installation of them.

Of course I did everything to fix it, but I'm stuck now.

SFC tells me that 2 DLLs are corrupted:
    -NlsLexicons0816.dll
    -NlsLexicons0416.dll

    CBS.log is attached.

Is there a way to fix it?

I would appreciate any help. :)

Here's the relevant detail from the log.
    Code:

It's likely that there are other errors elsewhere that will need to be fixed, so...

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file

    Thanks for the help!

    Here are the requested files:
    CBS.zip

(I uploaded it to my own webspace, so you have all of the logs).

Error messages that came from the 2 optional updates:
    KB3020370:
canceled with 8024000B on 22nd of March, 11:13
failed with 8007065E on 22nd of March, 11:14 (BSOD)

    KB3048761:
canceled with 8024000B on 22nd of March, 11:14
failed with 8007065E on 22nd of March, 11:14 (BSOD)

When I try to install them again, I'll get on both error message 8007065E...

... you never posted the CheckSUR.log file that should have been created by running the tool? It's this which gives me the needed data to properly fix the last error.
Please run the tool again and ensure that you post the CheckSUR.log.

    Thanks for the prod!

    I've uploaded a file - bjkaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder bjkaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.
