    Hmmm
Please reboot, then open an Elevated Command Prompt.

    Run the following command
    Code:
     REG QUERY HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate /S >>"%userprofile%\desktop\WUprofile.log

    .
this will create a file on your desktop - WUprofile.log - please zip it with the new windowsupdate.log file, and post the zip file.

Try installing KB2908783 from the download here...
Download Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2908783) from Official Microsoft Download Center

Assuming it installs OK, go back to Windows Update, and do another Check for Updates.
Install ONLY the oldest update found - if it goes in OK, try the rest. If not, post the error code, and the KB number.

That is a common problem at the moment - MS are supposed to be working on a fix for it.
I'd just Hide the update for the moment. It will reappear when MS released an updated version.
