    OK. Figured out the Smiley problem - I was doing a drag & drop operation instead of just clicking on the icon.


    Found the 'tags' icon also.

    Will do a new post asap. Thx

    Thank you! This fixed my problem too

    This issue with the corrupt files also explains why the Reliability Monitor kept showing that the Diagnostics Tracking Service crashed, and that crash started exactly after I installed this KB3022345 update e.e
