Good - that explains theh MSDN Product ID in the report, then.
There's no other points of concern there that I can see, which leaves me a little at a loss to understand the high POQ count.
Please post the entire CBS folder - I'll have a look though and see if I can find anything to give me a pointer.

Also...
Open Event Viewer
click on the Windows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.
Now click on the Application entry - wait while it loads.
Click on 'File' in the menu bar and select Save...
Save the file as Appevt.evtx
Repeat for the System log
then zip both, and upload them.

The Applications log looks OK, apart from errors resulting from attempts to uninstall Google Talk (seemingly to install a new version?)

The NVidia GeForce drivers appear to be having problems loading properly.
I would suggest uninstalling them and running NVidia's cleanup tool (if you can find it! - a quick search here failed ), then installing ONLY the basic NVidia drivers' latest version (use the Advanced option on the installer - install the basic drivers and the PhysX if offered)

Here's an alternative (from a reputable source) to using NVidia's cleanup tool...

Well I installed the latest driver a few days back and it kept saying the driver crashed and recovered so I used driver sweeper to uninstall it and install the older driver. I don't know if it's still an issue but it hasn't said it crashed since I've done it.

There are errors with the NVidia system on every boot - so something is still definitely amiss there - Driver Sweeper isn't exactly the best tool in the box, for things like either NVidia or AMD graphics drivers, since they also have multiple 'control' programs for different aspects. DS is fairly incompetent about such matters in my (admittedly limited) experience.

Doing that now thanks. Also apparently I had DDU already.....Thought it was driver sweeper.

The last boot is almost clear - theonly significant errors are...
Code:
The Media Center Extender Service service depends on the Remote Desktop Services service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
and
Code:
The server service was unable to recreate the share G Gundam because the directory D:\Downloads\G Gundam no longer exists. Please run "net share G Gundam /delete" to delete the share, or recreate the directory D:\Downloads\G Gundam.

The server service was unable to recreate the share Tengen_Toppa_Gurren_Lagann_1-27-HD because the directory D:\Downloads\Tengen_Toppa_Gurren_Lagann_1-27-HD no longer exists. Please run "net share Tengen_Toppa_Gurren_Lagann_1-27-HD /delete" to delete the share, or recreate the directory D:\Downloads\Tengen_Toppa_Gurren_Lagann_1-27-HD.
Do you actually use the Media Extender at all? - or RDS?

I'm assuming that is for streaming stuff to an xbox etc. and the remote desktop service I don't believe I do. I use teamviewer every once and a while.

I must admit that I know very little about either service - but certainly RDS affects a number of others, so it may be best to attempt to fix that.
The second set of errors may simply be the result of not being attached to the network on which the resources live/
