MSE is great - and free - so long as you don't make a habit of surfing dodgy sites

By the way..the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware detected quite a few threats. Do i need to clean these up? or just leave it? Thanks Again!

So long as you hit the 'Quarantine All' button at the end of the scan, and did the reboot it requested, it's all cleaned up anyhow
You may want to do another scan in any other user profiles you have on the machine - to make sure that the user registries are clean as well.
