So after trying the Command Prompt method which just stopped after one time, discovering there was an error(unrelated) in the task scheduler and fixing that. The more obvious method of un/re install the 3035583 update (which resulted in it not showing available for download in WU after the uninstall restart and thus finding the direct link in another post on this site to install it again) Didn't even restart the computer and within 5 minutes of doing the update reinstall from the direct link it appeared. :)

You are supposed to be able to right click for more information on the Hamburger icon (The Windows 10 icon), but it won't let me do that. Do I need to remove the update and reinstall it too, to get this more information to come up when I right click? All it will let me do is open it and then it tells me my system is reserved.

Also, I am sorry my suggestions didn't work. I tried uninstalling the update and reinstalling the update and the icon never showed up.

No your suggestion/link did. My icon lets me have options when I right click- so on your trying it I'd say it wouldn't hurt, but like I said I had to find the direct link in the forum to reinstall the 3035583 update since WU didnt think it was missing after the uninstall and restart.
