No Win 10 notification on a Lenovo Laptop

I've done everything I've found, including Brink's Windows Update Resets and a "Reserve Win 10" utility I found on the Microsoft site. The PC has the KB3035583 installed. I even uninstalled it, rebooted and installed it again (and rebooted).

I have other systems and no problem with the Get Win 10 icon.

The Lenovo hardware is compatible, it is an i5, with 8GB RAM and over 200Mb of hard drive free. The Windows Experience is current. It has Win 7 Home Premium SP1, Activated and "Genuine Microsoft".

Everything I find that is a requirement, it has.

Maybe try this: How to Enable ‘Get Windows 10′ App icon in the Windows 7/8.1 taskbar? | Techdows
But I am not sure is it working or not so I will not take any responsibilities

Thanks for that link, I got it resolved. That link says to run it for however long it takes (could be 30 minutes). I left it run and did some other tasks. When I came back the utility had finished and I had the Win 10 icon on the task bar. I was able to reserve the copy for the Laptop.
