which SURT file should I download?

    ít didn't look any different but I'm trying to download the SP from the Aus link - it's saying 63 hours to go.

    You definitely need to run the SURT tool & follow the instructions in the Windows Update Posting Instructions (as you first intended) and start a new topic with the logs/info requested per the forum protocol. Running SURT & sfc /scannow would've been my next suggestions anyway, you might as well start a new thread as the topic here "which surt should I download" has been asked & answered. You can always reference this thread when you start your new topic.
