    OK - I think this will work...

    Open an Elevated Command Prompt and run the following commands

    Code:
    REG DELETE HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SideBySide\Winners\amd64_3d3b61ce6bea8828fda92c895abac0c7_31bf3856ad364e35_none_1fb9d59fc17488b8

    Confirm the command if requested.
    If you don't get an error message, reboot and run CheckSUR again - post the new CheckSUR.log
    If you do get an error message, I need to know the exact message.

    Hi Noel, any thoughts? My system is becoming a bit more unstable and I may have lost some family photos as a result. Maybe unrelated, but I'm trying not to do too much to the computer until we've fixed this problem, to avoid a moving target in the registry. Hopefully we can find a solution soon?
