    It looks like you have some major corruption in the CBS store...
    Almost the only content of your CBS logs is multiple instances of the following error sequence...
    Code:
    2015-07-04 22:10:08, Info                  CBS    Failed to get CSI store. [HRESULT = 0x80073712 - ERROR_SXS_COMPONENT_STORE_CORRUPT]
    2015-07-04 22:10:08, Error CBS Failed to initialize store parameters with boot drive: and windows directory: [HRESULT = 0x80073712 - ERROR_SXS_COMPONENT_STORE_CORRUPT]
    2015-07-04 22:10:08, Info CSI 000015be No store version format found; DLL store format 0.0.0.6
    2015-07-04 22:10:08, Error                 CSI    000015bf@2015/7/4:20:10:08.726 (F) d:\win7sp1_gdr\base\wcp\componentstore\storelayout.cpp(6636): Error STATUS_SXS_COMPONENT_STORE_CORRUPT originated in function ComponentStore::CRawStoreLayout::OpenCanonicalDataKey expression: (null)

    I need to have alook at your COMPONENTS registry hive

    Please copy the C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS file (no extension) to your desktop and then compress it - upload the compressed file to your favoured fileshare site (preferably Dropbox or OneDrive) and post a link.
    If the copy fails because the file is in use, then reboot to Safe Mode, and try it from there.

    Ouch - the COMPONENTS file is totally corrupted, and effectively empty.
    The uncompressed size is normally around 35-45MB - yours is 256Kb (the minimum size possible for a registry hive).

    Unless you have a System Restore point with an uncorrupted hive, then your only option is a repair install of windows (if you have proper Windows media), or a System recovery (if all you have is a Recovery partition, or Recovery media)
