    Checked a few threads ??? Help an oldtimerplease
    History Laptop oem Hp had hard drive failure - no easy reinstall sites anymore but found an iso file & got going but have no validation code for 7 home premium

    Desktop oem Hp 7 professional - again no validation code - seems running very slow - need a repair or reinstall ? Or wait for windows 10 download ?

    Your computer should have a COA sticker on it with the Product Key - it's that which you use for Activation.

My wife downloaded the most recent update for windows 7 pro. Upon reboot, the pc is stuck in the "please wait" screen. Have tried safe mode, safe more with networking. Nothing seems to work. Is anyone else having issues with the update? Any advice?
