    Everything done, new CBS file:http://demo.ovh.eu/en/d3f6cf863a22a44cce67bc761a5f6523/
Note: after whole procedure was done, laptop has frozen during rebooting on black screen before Windows 7 logo appeared, I had to use, again "repair my computer" and startup repair option, then Windows has started properly. The SFC scan has showed that all files have been repaired

The SFC scan there actually repaired a file that wasn't in the list previously.
This implies continuing corruption - possibly the result of hardware problems, or malware.

    What Anti-virus are you using?
Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware Detection & Removal Software - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM Premium' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

    Quarantine everything it finds

The Malwarebytes Anti-malware has found few bugs, mostly at Heuristic analyse stage, log to look: http://demo.ovh.eu/en/3c9755f09b587e4de23f9919f5aa61ac/
New CBS as well after scanning: http://demo.ovh.eu/en/5cbc36816a60cf03843b5ac4833bc24e/, no errors (?)

I use Spybot - Search & Destroy Anti-malware but not on constantly.

Still cant download any updates, the same stage :/

These errors show in the CBS background data, repeatedly...
    Code:

The odd thing is that these errors are usually from failed attempts to install SP1 - and it looks to me as if your system already has SP1 installed.

    Please post the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file.

    Hi Noel
    Logs as you've asked: http://demo.ovh.eu/en/6de31a39f1c3ea6a59c2da3d69a1d519/
Please note: yesterday, when I was closing my laptop Windows started installing 5 upgrades, so it looks like even i see "downloading upgrades" frozen message on WU some stuff is being downloaded, I had 66 before I've tried, now I have 61. The other thing is I couldn't start up Windows again today, the same black screen before Windows 7 logo appeared, Start up repair didn't help, couldn't find any problem, had to use Last good known configuration and it started up finally, so Im not sure now If that updates are fully installed or not, on what stage system is now

SP1 has been installed, Im sure, i don't even remember when cause that was ages ago

It looks to me as if some of the WU files have managed to get unregistered.

Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands...

    Code:
    net stop wuauserv
    regsvr32 wuapi.dll /s
    regsvr32 wups.dll /s
    regsvr32 wuaueng.dll /s
    regsvr32 wucltui.dll /s
    regsvr32 wuweb.dll /s
    regsvr32 msxml.dll /s
    regsvr32 msxml2.dll /s
    regsvr32 msxml3.dll /s
    regsvr32 urlmon.dll /s
    regsvr32 softpub.dll /s
    regsvr32 initpki.dll /s
    regsvr32 mssip32.dll /s
    regsvr32 wintrust.dll /s
    regsvr32 dssenh.dll /s
    regsvr32 rsaenh.dll /s
    regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll /s
    regsvr32 sccbase.dll /s
    regsvr32 slbcsp.dll /s
    regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll /s
    regsvr32 jscript.dll /s
    net start wuauserv

    .
reboot, and try Windows Update again, then post the new windowsupdate.log file.

    Done everything
WU downloaded all ticked updates, however, it always showed "downloading updates" without any progress, always stayed 0%, even internet connection hasn't showed that anything is downloading, odd.
Anyway, 60 updates downloaded and installed, I have to reboot now, hope laptop won't explode
    logs: http://demo.ovh.eu/en/ea59fdd0a9950c83d0fedbca3201a32f/

Edit: Nothing bad happened, WU shows no errors, all updates are installed successfully.
