    Is KB2574819 listed in your Installed Updates list?
    If so, uninstall it. Then try reinstalling it

    If not ...
    Open an Elevated Command Prompt and run the following commands..

I've followed all of the online Microsoft recommendations and nothing seems to have fixed the issue - the hot fx tools seemed to fix something but once ran again they fixed something different? Been having the problems since getting the computer in October 2012. No issues with SURT installed...
