I have followed the instructions, I think the ZIP didn't upload due to size. I have removed the cab files and attached again. I'm surprised there wasn't an error message!

Was I supposed to attach a screen shot of the error message? The instructions only said to list the error (80073712)

If there is anything else I have failed in, I apologise in advance.

Here's the error from your CheckSUR report (again)
Code:
Summary:
Seconds executed: 991
 Found 1 errors
CSI Manifest Failed Catalog Check Total count: 1

Unavailable repair files:
	winsxs\manifests\msil_windowsbase_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.20658_none_97a251cfa9f9bf71.manifest
Luckily, the CBS log and SFC scans are error-free.

I'll post a fix protocol in a few minutes

I've uploaded a file - bflaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder bflaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folders inside it (Manifests)

Copy the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.
