    You need to do both - it may be better to do #9 before #8, as that'll confirm the substitutions made better.

    Hi Noel,

    I've done step 9 finally and have attached the CBS log to this reply, ill continue to do step 8 now.
    i made a copy and compressed it as it had a fit when i attached it without compressing.
