I'm no expert, Noel is; but I would like you to check and see if you have KB971033 installed in Windows updates.

Have you installed all of Windows 7 Updates?

Have you used any kind of registry cleaners of any kind?

Using this tutorial by Brink would make you log a lot easier to read.

With a Retail Windows 7 COA key like you have you must make sure that it is only used on one (1) computer at one time.

**I take it from your post that Windows Updates are up to date.
    Is that correct?

**What security programs do you have installed?

Why I'm asking all these questions for is I'm looking for something that might be blocking you activation.

    Fixing the problem,

is no joy. We will have to wait for Noel our expert.

He is very busy so just hang in there.

The installed Product Key is the Default Key - which can never be activated.

The motherboard is a Retail one - therefore the installed Key should be either a Retail or an OEM System Builder

KB971033 is NOT installed - or we wouldn't be seeing these errors in the report...
    Code:

You can use the free MSE as AV - once you've uninstalled the old one.
The Key from your report was never a valid Key - did you actually purchase Windows or not? Do you have the original box it came in? Where did you get it from?

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

As far as your Key is concerned...

You need to change the Product Key to the one on the Proof of License card in the Windows Box, using the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System properties page.

You may need to activate by phone.
